Anny Beatriz Azevedo

I am a doctoral student student at IME-USP, working under the supervision of Professor Benjamin Merlin Bumpus. During my bachelor’s I studied some Model Theory and internal logic of toposes. In my master’s I have shifted my focus towards applications of Category Theory in Computer Science, investigating methods from Sheaf Theory and Cohomology applied to computational problems. Currently, I am interested in using monoid actions and categorical tools to describe models of computation.
